Statement
Dalys Drinks Ltd is committed to respecting environment and safety
principles in our operations and products, and achieving an incident and injury
free environment for our employees, visitors and customers.
We will comply
with all applicable regulatory EHS requirements and will engage with
stakeholders to develop actions that provide safeguards for the community, the
workplace, and the environment while providing flexibility to meet the needs of
our business.

We are
committed to providing a safe, injury-free workplace by integrating safety into
our daily business decisions and processes. Our staff leads the effort behind
these important values with full management commitment, and all employees are
responsible for both their own safety and the safety of those around them. We
actively promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage employees to proactively
manage their personal health.
We will be a responsible member of the
community in which we operate and we will be active in our Social responsibility
to the community.
We are committed to continually improving our
Environmental, Health and Safety standards.
We will continue to maintain
appropriate controls, including periodic review, to ensure that this policy is
being followed.
Statement of
Intent
It is our policy to respect the environment and to minimise any harm
to it. We will strive to maximise the beneficial effects of our activities on
the environment. We recognise our role in protecting and enhancing our
environment for future people living in the world.
Our aim is in
accordance with good management practice of reducing consumption, reusing where
feasible and recycling when we possibly can.
Maximise our reusable,
recyclable and recoverable waste
Minimise our energy, water, fuel
consumption, our total waste output and our impact on any potential
pollution
Constantly review purchasing awareness e.g. buy goods with minimal
packaging, choose products made from recycled materials, which are long-life,
durable
Use refillable containers and avoid disposable items.
We do this through:
Managing Operations, Transport and Facilities
(ensuring optimum efficiency in all equipment, buildings, transport
etc)
Communicating our Policy and monitoring our performance.
Employee
awareness, training, and action
Customer awareness, listening to and acting
on feedback
Being aware of our Purchasing responsibility.
